Based in Shirley, Birmingham.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain regular communication and coordination with implementing partners across multiple countriesOversee programme delivery to ensure activities are on track, aligned with priorities, and delivered on timeLead development of proposals, concept notes, and budgetsSupport donor engagement and contribute to business development activitiesReview partner narrative and financial reports for quality, accuracy, and complianceTrack programme progress, deliverables, and deadlines using internal systems and toolsCoordinate with finance and MandE teams on budgets, reporting, and programme performanceDevelop presentations, reports, and communication materials to support programmes and visibilityProvide training, guidance, and support to implementing partners and internsMaintain programme documentation, trackers, and databases ensuring accuracy and accessibilityIdentify risks, bottlenecks, and operational challenges, escalating where necessaryExperience and QualificationsEssentialDegree (or equivalent experience) in international development, humanitarian studies, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years'' experience in programme ..... full job details .....
