As a Programmes Facilitator, you will empower people affected by drug and alcohol use to build brighter futures through recovery-focused programmes. Where: HMP Erlestoke Hours: 37.5 per week Contract Type: Permanent Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. Responsibilities About the Role: Deliver engaging and evidence-based psychosocial group interventions. Facilitate the Atlas Programme and other structured groupwork. Encourage participation, challenge thinking patterns and support behaviour change.
