Programmes and Partnerships Coordinator We are seeking an experienced programme professional to support effective partnerships and projects that improve animal welfare across Ethiopia. Salary: £31,425 per annum Location: The role is based in Sidmouth and offers hybrid working, with attendance currently anticipated to be one or two days each month. The normal working pattern is Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm. Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week Contract: Fixed-term for 18 months Closing date: Monday 28 September 2026 About the role You will join an international programmes and partnerships team, supporting the successful coordination, monitoring and development of projects in Ethiopia. Working closely with the Regional Programmes and Partnerships Advisor for Africa, you will help ensure that partnerships have the capacity, resources and support required to deliver positive and sustainable outcomes for animal welfare. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the full programme cycle for funded partnerships in Ethiopia, including funding applications, project grants, reporting and shared learning Building and maintaining effective relationships with strategic partners and country teams Coordinating projects and programmes to ensure they are appropriately monitored and evaluated Supporting partner due diligence and compliance with organisational policies and procedures Helping to ensure the right internal capacity, skills and resources are available to deliver the ..... full job details .....
