Programmes Administrator (ED12928) - Bath, BA2 7AY About the role The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is looking for a proactive and self-motivated Programmes Administrator to join our Taught Programmes Team in a 0.5FTE (18.25 hours per week) part time, permanent post.
You will play a key role, working closely with other team members and academic staff to ensure the smooth and efficient administration and operation of our degree courses within the Faculty.
We require the successful candidate to work on a Wednesday due to the timing of committees and events the post holder will support. There is flexibility over the other working days. About the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences

Previous experience You will have previous experience of working in an administrative support role (preferably with experience of student administration) or equivalent experience working in a busy office in an administrative role. Key activities
Day-to-day administrative support for degree courses Student and staff enquiries Student data management Processing student assessments and results Arranging events like Open Days and Offer Holder Days
Key skills Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage a busy workload Teamwork Effective communication skills are essential as you will work closely with your team, academic colleagues and communicate with students from across the world Strong digital literacy Taking the initiative and problem-solving Process improvement
