      <description>Location: London | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Programme Training Manager - Salesforce     The Programme Training Manager will lead the design, delivery and coordination of training for a Salesforce transformation programme within financial services (sector experience nice to have but not essential). The role ensures colleagues are prepared to adopt new processes, systems and ways of working through effective, role-based and engaging learning.     Key Responsibilities   Develop and deliver the programme-wide training strategy, plan and schedule.  Work with business SMEs, Salesforce specialists and change teams to define learning needs.  Create role-based learning materials, including guides, e-learning, workshops and system demonstrations.  Coordinate training delivery across business units, locations and stakeholder groups.  Engage business leaders and managers to support adoption and reinforce new behaviours.  Track attendance, completion, feedback and readiness metrics, reporting progress to programme governance.
