The role ensures colleagues are prepared to adopt new processes, systems and ways of working through effective, role-based and engaging learning. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the programme-wide training strategy, plan and schedule. Work with business SMEs, Salesforce specialists and change teams to define learning needs. Create role-based learning materials, including guides, e-learning, workshops and system demonstrations. Coordinate training delivery across business units, locations and stakeholder groups. Engage business leaders and managers to support adoption and reinforce new behaviours. Track attendance, completion, feedback and readiness metrics, reporting progress to programme governance.
