Programme Test ManagerPublic Sector ProgrammesMy client are seeking an experienced Programme Test Manager to lead the mobilisation and planning of testing across complex public-sector programmes.This role is well suited to a hands-on testing leader with a proven background in large-scale, multi-supplier environments and the ability to operate confidently across multiple stakeholders.Remote with ad hoc travelThe RoleYou will be responsible for leading the end-to-end testing strategy across a complex programme, ensuring robust planning, execution, governance and reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the preparation, execution and reporting of manual and automated testingLead and coordinate business and technical teams to ensure timely analysis and resolution of defectsBuild and manage the test resource profileOnboard and embed appropriate test toolsProduce clear, high-quality test reporting and analysis, both in written format and in governance forumsForecast defect trends and test execution progressEnsure internal and external suppliers maximise test coverage ahead of integration testingOperate effectively within a multi-supplier, multi-stakeholder environmentEssential ExperienceProven, hands-on experience managing testing on large public-sector programmesStrong experience working in complex multi-supplier and multi-stakeholder environmentsClear evidence within your CV of:Leading testing in similar environmentsThe tangible value you personally ..... full job details .....
