Programme Test Manager Inside IR35 Contract Initial 3 months (likely extension) London - Hybrid working Start ASAP The Role Scale Factory is seeking an experienced, high-calibre Programme Test Manager to lead end-to-end quality assurance and testing governance. The programme is a strategic multi-system transformation. This project establishes a common operating model across the UK and Switzerland covering Customer Relationship Management, Engagement Management, Risk Processes, and core business workflows. As the Programme Test Manager, you will bring senior leadership and gravitas to direct complex testing streams across a multi-platform ecosystem-including CRM, SAP S/4HANA, AIS, MDM, and Legacy systems-alongside comprehensive data migration and user onboarding activities. Key Responsibilities Programme Test Leadership andamp; Strategy Overall Test Governance : Define, implement, and maintain the overarching Test Strategy and framework across all phases of the programme in alignment with testing standards and quality gates. Multi-Workstream Direction : Provide end-to-end leadership across all testing phases: System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression, End-to-End (E2E), Non-Functional Testing (NFT/OAT), and Data Migration Testing.
