Programme Support Officer - SEND Reform ProgrammeLocation: Barking Working Pattern: Hybrid (typically 3 days office-based, 2 days working from home) Rate: 22.54 per hour PAYE / 29.42 per hour Umbrella Contract: TemporaryJoin a High-Profile SEND Transformation ProgrammeWe are recruiting for an experienced Programme Support Officer to support the delivery of a significant SEND Reform Programme, helping to improve outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major transformation programme, supporting the implementation of the Council''s new Experts at Hand model. Working across multiple workstreams and partner organisations, you will provide comprehensive programme management support, ensuring effective governance, reporting, planning and stakeholder engagement activities are delivered to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of the SEND Reform Programme and associated transformation projects.Coordinate programme governance arrangements, including boards, steering groups, workshops and working groups.Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, action logs and decision trackers.Monitor programme milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and benefits.Maintain programme plans, risk registers, action logs and reporting mechanisms.Support the production of reports for senior leadership teams, governance boards and external assurance processes.Collect, analyse and ..... full job details .....
