This role is to start ASAP on a 3-6 month contract with likely extension. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 07.30 to 16.15 and Friday 07.30 to 15.15. The hourly pay rate is -14.92. The purpose of this role is working within the responsive repairs team, allocating work to trade staff and speaking with tenants.
