The working hours are Monday to Thursday 07.30 to 16.15 and Friday 07.30 to 15.15.The hourly pay rate is 14.92.The purpose of this role is working within the responsive repairs team, allocating work to trade staff and speaking with tenants.Key Duties:Assisting the programme managersDeal with incoming/outgoing contact with tenants - telephone/emailLiaise with trade persons, managers and contractorsAllocate work to appropriate trade personsCollation and management of all paperwork relating to inspection sheets, service and breakdown reports, training records, attendance sheets, leave cardsRaising purchase order numbersMeeting strict timescalesUpdating spreadsheets/databases and maintaining filing systemsArrange meetings and appointmentsCandidate RequirementsMinimum of 2 years working in an administration/call centre/customer focused environmentHaving an understanding of the construction/property maintenance industry is desirableExcellent customer service sk...
