We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the programme, understand the wider construction and commercial picture and confidently lead programme conversations with senior stakeholders and delivery teams. The environment adds another level of complexity. The programme incorporates hospital, PFI, lifecycle, fire safety, passive fire, maintenance, M&E and construction activity, all being delivered within a live operational setting. The lifecycle programme is valued at approximately -5m to -8m, alongside contracts worth around -8m per year, with the wider contract running through to 2042.
