This hybrid, temporary role offers a competitive pay rate of £22.21 per hour PAYE and the opportunity to work in an influential organisation shaping global initiatives. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, working 2-3 days a week from the London office, with the rest remotely.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless implementation and reporting of major programmes. Responsibilities include: £ Coordinating internal and external workflows to maintain efficiency across the directorate. £ Ensuring systems and operational mechanisms align with corporate policy, maintaining accuracy and timely submissions. £ Supporting programme planning, monitoring, and management information systems. £ Keeping a keen eye on compliance with organisational policies and procedures. £ Building and maintaining strong relationships with international partners and stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in international or governmental organisations, a degree-level education, and strong technical capabilities. Key skills include: £ Solid experience in senior administrative roles. £ Strong financial planning, budgeting, and management knowledge. £ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Financial Management Systems. £ Ability to analyse and present statistical data effectively. £ Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. £ A strong track record of multi-tasking under pressure and delivering high-quality results. £ Exceptional interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with stakeholders across sectors and countries.
