Programme Officer (Maternity Cover)

We''re a national charity making swimming accessible to disabled children. We subsidise adapted lessons, support teachers and work with swimming pools across the UK to help children build confidence, independence and a lifelong love of the water. Improving how we support families, strengthening our partnerships and building smarter, more efficient ways of working. The opportunity We''re looking for a Programme Officer to join our small, ambitious team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This isn''t just an administration role. You''ll be at the heart of our swimming programme, connecting families, swimming pools and colleagues to help children access the opportunities they deserve. You''ll manage relationships with our swimming pool partners, coordinate referrals and bookings, support families and keep our national programme running smoothly. But we also want someone who can help us make things better, not just keep things ticking over. You''ll play an important part in improving our systems and processes, particularly our CRM, Zoho.
