Programme Manager - Transformation / Operational Delivery

We have an excellent opportunity for a SC Cleared Programme Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme within a key Central Government department.

The programme spans organisational, digital, and data-driven change, with a strong emphasis on operating model redesign.

In this assignment, you will be integral in shaping and executing strategic change across multiple workstreams.

Your key remit and responsibilities will include:

• Co-ordinating complex programme delivery
• Leading and managing multiple workstreams.
• Operating model design and implementation
• Development of technology strategy aligned with transformation goals
• Drive adoption of new operating models and transformation initiatives
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including board-level executives
• Operate within a complex delivery ecosystem

To be considered for this assignment, your skills and experience will include:

• Proven experience in operating model and transformation programme delivery within the public sector
• Strong understanding of digital and data strategy within change programmes
• Demonstrable success in managing senior stakeholder relationships within public sector environments
• Ability to lead across multiple teams and suppliers in a complex delivery landscape

Ideal candidates will hold active SC clearance.

This assignment is inside scope of IR35 and offered on a hybrid working model (50% office / 50% work from home). There are multiple UK office locations to choose from: London, Bristol, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Newcastle.
