This is a high-impact contract role where you will drive delivery from day one, working closely with teams and senior stakeholders to land complex change.You will own a multi-workstream programme focused on risk data, credit risk, reporting, controls, and regulatory compliance. This is not a governance-only role, you will be in the detail, unblocking issues, managing dependencies, and ensuring milestones are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesFull end-to-end leadership of a multi-year Risk Transformation programmeMobilise and manageworkstreams covering: Risk data and reporting (BCBS 239)Controls upliftRegulatory change (Basel III/IV, IFRS 9, ICAAP/ILAAP)Credit Risk transformationManage RAID, dependencies, and integrated planning across multiple teams and vendorsOwn budget management of 15-20M+ and ensure financial controlLead and motivate teams of 20-30+ people, driving collaboration and accountabilityEngage senior stakeholders (CRO, COO, CFO, regulators) and run SteerCos with clear, actionable reportingDrive business change adoption and readiness for sustainable outcomesEssential ExperienceHands-on delivery of large-scale programmes in the last 5 years (not just PMO ..... full job details .....
