Programme Manager - Aerospace EngineeringWe re supporting a leading engineering organisation in the aerospace and defence sector to recruit three Programme Managers to lead delivery of complex, high value product development programmes within a highly regulated environment.This is a strategic, client facing role with ownership of multi million pound programmes, working across international teams to drive delivery from concept through to entry into service. Contract Information: month contractsInside IR35Rate DOE - £600-£750pd4 days per week on site in Buckinghamshire40hrs per weekThe Role:Take full ownership of end to end programme delivery, ensuring alignment to performance, cost, quality and schedule targetsLead large scale, complex engineering programmes, spanning multiple workstreams, suppliers and international sitesAct as the senior interface to customers and key stakeholdersDrive programme strategy, governance and delivery frameworks, enabling clear decision making and controlFrench speaking is desirable but not essential What We re Looking For:Proven track record delivering complex, high value engineering programmes within aerospace, defence or similar regulated industriesExperience operating at senior programme level, with ownership of multiple workstreams or large scale deliveryStrong background in full product lifecycle delivery within structured development environmentsDemonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and customersDeep ..... full job details .....
