About the Role Northamptonshire Children''s Trust is embarking on an ambitious journey to transform the way support is delivered to children and families. We are seeking a passionate and strategic Programme Manager to lead the Families First Partnership Programme and drive forward key elements of the national Children''s Social Care Reforms. In this pivotal role, you will define, develop, and deliver major projects that shape the future of Family Help and children''s social care across the county. Working alongside practice leads and safeguarding partners, you will help design new approaches that strengthen families, protect children, and lead to improved outcomes.
