Programme ManagerLocation: LeicestershireSalary: Circa 65,000 per annumThe PositionWe are recruiting an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the full delivery of large-scale POS and POP retail rollout programmes for a key multinational customer.Sitting alongside the Head of Projects, you will take ownership of the client''s entire programme of work. This is a senior position requiring strong commercial awareness, confident client management and extensive POS or POP experience.Projects will cover retail, health and beauty, and cosmetics environments, progressing from the initial client brief through design, manufacture and final rollout.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of a major multinational customer account and its programme of work.Oversee multiple POS and POP projects across the complete delivery cycle.Act as the senior point of contact for the client, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.Translate client requirements into clear project plans, timescales and deliverables.Coordinate design, manufacturing, supply chain, installation and project teams.Lead and support Project Managers working across different project workstreams.Manage programme budgets, resources, risks and commercial performance.Monitor delivery against agreed milestones, quality standards and client expectations.Resolve programme-level issues, delays and operational challenges.Provide clear progress updates to the client, Head of Projects and senior leadership team.Identify ..... full job details .....
