Programme Manager We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Programme Manager to lead vital wellbeing and welfare services supporting people affected by cancer across Yorkshire. Position: Programme Manager Salary: £43,000 FTE (Actual salary £24,205) Location: Bradford with hybrid working and travel across Yorkshire Hours: Part time - 21 hours per week Contract: Permanent Closing Date: 8th June 2026 11:59pm Interview: 17th June 2026 About the Role This is an exciting leadership opportunity to join a values driven charity supporting people affected by cancer. As Programme Manager, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, leading Welfare Advice and Wellbeing services and helping shape the future direction of the organisation. You will oversee day to day service delivery, ensuring services remain safe, effective and person centred while meeting funding and contractual requirements. The role combines operational management, team leadership, safeguarding oversight and partnership working. Key responsibilities include: Leading and supporting Welfare Advice and Wellbeing teams Managing service quality, safeguarding, risk and complaints processes Monitoring performance, outcomes and reporting requirements Supporting staff development, wellbeing and positive team culture Managing service budgets and resources effectively Building relationships with funders, commissioners and partner organisations Supporting service development and funding opportunities Working closely ..... full job details .....
