Programme Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations TransformationPackage: £85,000-£95,000 £7,500 car allowance benefitsLocation: LeedsReporting to: IT DirectorOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a significant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations transformation programme within a complex, multi-site organisation.Reporting to the IT Director, this role will take ownership of the successful delivery of the D365 FandO implementation, working closely with senior stakeholders, business teams, technology functions, and implementation partners to deliver a successful transition and maximise the value of the new platform.The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering ERP transformation programmes, with proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations across multiple business units, locations, or operational environments.This is a key role focused on driving business improvement, process optimisation, and technology-enabled change, ensuring the organisation fully leverages the capabilities of its new ERP platform.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation programme.Manage all stages of the ERP lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live optimisation.Act as the key link between business stakeholders, technology teams, and ..... full job details .....
