An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of engineering and new product introduction programmes within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Working closely with senior leadership, this role is accountable for delivering strategic projects from concept through to commercial launch, ensuring successful outcomes across quality, cost and delivery objectives. Description Programme Manager, Portsmouth: Lead a portfolio of complex engineering and product development programmes from initiation through to commercial launch. Define project scope, budgets, resource plans, milestones and delivery schedules Establish clear project governance, reporting structures and stakeholder communications. Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain and commercial teams. Monitor programme performance using KPIs and proactive risk management techniques.
