Programme Manager Business Systems Transformation ERP Housebuilding 70,000 - 75,000 + up to 12% Bonus Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK housebuilder who are looking for a Programme Manager to join their Business Systems team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to lead large-scale business and technology transformation programmes across a complex enterprise environment. Working across ERP, procurement, finance and operational systems, you''ll drive strategic transformation initiatives including ERP implementations, enterprise integrations, platform migrations and process improvement programmes. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party partners, you''ll ensure successful delivery through strong governance, stakeholder engagement and programme leadership. Role:Leading large-scale business systems and technology transformation programmes across the business systems portfolio. Establish and maintain effective programme governance frameworks, controls and reporting processesManaging multiple concurrent workstreams across business operations, enterprise systems and technology platforms.Owning programme governance, roadmaps, reporting, budgets and delivery plans.Producing Board, Executive and Steering Committee reporting.Coordinating Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Technical Teams and third-party suppliers.Managing programme risks, issues, ..... full job details .....
