Programme Manager IT Location: Laurence House, Catford Rd, London, SE6 4RU Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 10+ Months Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week Pay rate: £ 80.98 per hour Job Ref: OR11874 Responsibilities Lead the implementation of Total Mobile Connect, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Drive strategic initiatives to enhance Housing Repairs through effective IT solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT programs with business objectives. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver successful program outcomes. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT program implementations. Person Specification Proven experience in managing IT programs with a focus on Total Mobile Connect. Strong background in business processes related to Housing Repairs. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with 1-2 days in the office per week. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
