Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Programme Manager / Programme Lead within a highly Regulated Insurance / Financial Services environment Demonstrable experience of delivering Business Change, embedding Transformation activities within business units and overseeing Delivery Proven experience of working on major Transformation Programmes (Claims / Tech Transformation etc) Ability to work autonomously, with focus on rigour and attention to detail Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (managing relationships with key and senior stakeholders up to C-Suite / Exec level including Board level reporting) Demonstrable experience of large, complex Portfolios / Programmes (consisting of 4+ Projects conc...
