Programme Manager - Insurance, Transformation, Delivery Up to £750 per day (Inside IR35) London / Manchester (Hybrid 1 -2 days per week onsite) My client is an instantly recognisable brand who urgently require a Programme Manager with demonstrable experience in the Insurance industry with a strong Business Change background, and excellent budget and senior stakeholder management skills to join a critical Programme of work and oversee Delivery ASAP. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Programme Manager / Programme Lead within a highly Regulated Insurance / Financial Services environment Demonstrable experience of delivering Business Change, embedding Transformation activities within business units and overseeing Delivery Proven experience of working on major Transformation Programmes (Claims / Tech Transformation etc) Ability to work autonomously, with focus on rigour and attention to detail Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (managing relationships with key and senior stakeholders up to C-Suite / Exec level including Board level reporting) Demonstrable experience of large, complex Portfolios / Programmes (consisting of 4+ Projects concurrently) Proven budget management capability (£5million +) with strong awareness of Finance, Forecasts, Actuals etc Flexible approach towards hybrid working Nice to have: Good understanding of Financial Regulations (IFRS 17 / DORA / GDPR / Solvency II etc), with experience of working on large Regulatory ..... full job details .....
