Building a data-led culture through training and development. Building sustainable data capabilities to improve customer/colleague experience, revenue, capital optimisation, risk management and cost efficiency. The Programme Manager will lead a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and contingent project resources across multiple locations, while also being responsible for execution of a key data-related programme. Key Responsibilities Own programme delivery execution, including oversight of the product development roadmap and adoption plans. Define programme delivery strategy across multiple capabilities, projects and workstreams. Build stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes. Own programme reporting, governance and benefits realisation/OKR management. Lead Project Managers, Scrum Masters and PMOs across global delivery.
