In this role, you will lead the design, delivery, and quality of equine programmes, ensuring teaching, learning, and assessment are consistently high-quality and industry-relevant. You will coordinate staff, resources, and employer links while also delivering teaching and supporting students to progress into employment or further study.

The Role:

*Leading and managing equine programmes to ensure outstanding learner outcomes

The Person:

*Extensive industry experience within the equine sector

*BHS Stage 2 minimum (Stage 3 desirable)

*Relevant teaching qualification

*Experience delivering consistently good or outstanding teaching

*Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

*Passion for developing learners and leading high-performing teams

*Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and student success
