Working within the Transformation function, you will design, implement and embed sustainable change, ensuring measurable improvements in service delivery, efficiency and customer experience. You will operate at the heart of the organisation, working closely with senior leaders, stakeholders and partners to drive forward impactful change.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of complex transformation programmes, ensuring alignment to strategic objectivesDevelop and implement robust programme frameworks, governance, and reporting structuresManage the full programme life cycle, including business case development, planning, implementation and benefits realisationApply structured methodologies (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, Lean) to ensure effective delivery.Drive business design and process improvement, creating future-state operating modelsBuild strong relationships and influence ..... full job details .....
