Are you a Programme Manager or similar with a background delivering large-scale programmes within an international organisation where you will take full ownership of programme delivery, stakeholder management and strategic execution?

On offer is an opportunity to join a global business delivering complex programmes across the UK, acting as a key part between UK government stakeholders, local delivery teams and international suppliers. You''ll play a role in ensuring successful programme delivery across multiple projects, balancing commercial performance, risk management and stakeholder expectations.

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a complex programme. Working within a matrix organisation, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage programme budgets, oversee governance and reporting, while building strong relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery remains on schedule, within budget and aligned with the business.

The Role:

• Lead the successful delivery of a large-scale UK government programme from initiation through to completion
• Own programme governance, reporting, financial performance and overall delivery strategy
• Manage multiple projects, workstreams and cross-functional teams within a matrix organisation
• Build strong relationships with UK government stakeholders, customers, suppliers and international partners
• Hybrid working (Mon-Fri)

The Person:

• Programme Manager or similar
• Background in delivering large-scale projects
• Experience working with UK Government, public sector customers or highly regulated industries
• Remote work
