Operating within the SPMO, the role ensures programme outcomes, benefits, timescales, budgets and risks are effectively managed whilst maintaining alignment with portfolio priorities and organisational objectives. The role provides leadership, governance and oversight across programme delivery, working closely with sponsors, business stakeholders, project managers and delivery teams to ensure programme objectives are achieved and benefits are realised. The Programme Manager will also provide line management, coaching and professional leadership to Project Managers, ensuring consistent delivery standards, capability development and high-quality project execution across the programme portfolio.
