They are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead complex programmes, manage customer relationships, and support the business''s commercial development. The Role Reporting directly to the Site Director, you will plan, execute, and deliver programmes within a product design and manufacturing environment. You will coordinate engineering, operations and other teams to deliver against agreed customer requirements, budgets and timescales. As a key customer contact, you will maintain clear communication, manage risks and resolve issues throughout the program lifecycle. Alongside program delivery, you will support business development through existing and prospective customer relationships, identifying opportunities and contributing to annual order intake and sales objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple programs from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, cost, quality and timescales. Develop and maintain programme plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and put practical mitigation plans in place.
