You will lead the programme through needs assessment, service design and early market engagement, and support procurement development activities working across GMCA, Local Authorities, the Probation Service/HMPPS and VCSE partners to improve outcomes and reduce reoffending.    This post provides additional short-term capacity to lead the commissioning programme, including needs assessment, service design, market engagement and procurement support.
