To lead, develop, embed and monitor the implementation of the national programmes, working locally asa coordinator of the work of agencies working with families. To be responsible for ensuring effective delivery of the programme and transformation of services aimed at early intervention and prevention. To be accountable for the performance of the programme, mobilising and utilising resources from a range of local agencies, including police, probation, DWP and voluntary sector organisations. To enable the supporting families and family hubs and start for life agenda, to focus on early intervention initiative to prevent the need for statutory services.Experience of implementing strategies, programmes and projects and achievingmeasurable outcomes• Experience of providing specialist advice and guidance to managers at all levels of seniority, external agencies and other forums on a regular basis.• Experience of successfully working collaboratively with partners, agencies andmembers of the local community, building effective working relationships leading to improved outcomes for the community.• Experience in leading change, transformation and service improvement programmes inclusively through robust contract management approaches• Experience of working within a political environment and leading service redesign or appreciative enquiries.• Experience of managing significant financial resources and budgets and procurement and commissioning processes.A thorough knowledge and ..... full job details .....
