It is due to be completed soon.The project is approx. 62% complete. Functional testing by the business is underway, with phases of E2E testing, cut over and business continuity planning and testing and end user training due to take place in summer. With a Go Live date scheduled for mid-October 2026. Following the launch there will be a period of hyper care and then a roadmap of development for delivery.Key deliverables for role Rapidly develop a high level understanding of the programme to add value to the core delivery team, with a strong focus on identifying, managing, and mitigating key project risks. Build effective working relationships with steering group and senior stakeholders to proactively surface and resolve concerns.
