This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled education professional with a strong background in creative arts and curriculum management to lead and support high-quality programme delivery.As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of creative programmes, supporting teaching staff, ensuring outstanding learner outcomes, and maintaining high academic standards in line with awarding body requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage creative programmes, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.Support, motivate and develop teaching staff to deliver an exceptional learner experience.Monitor student progress, achievement and attendance, implementing interventions where necessary.Ensure programmes meet awarding body requirements and quality standards.Contribute to curriculum planning, development and continuous improvement initiatives.Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive student success and programme performance.Candidate RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:A full teaching qualification.A BA (Hons) degree in a Creative subject.Previous experience ..... full job details .....
