Programme Manager , you’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering innovative programmes that support resident wellbeing, employment, and environmental sustainability. You’ll manage a £1M programme budget, oversee community assets, and spearhead circular economy initiatives aligned with a carbon-neutral vision.Responsibilities

Strategic programme management across community development and circular economyPartnership building with residents, stakeholders, and external fundersOversight of employment, training, and wellbeing initiativesDelivery of grant-funded projects and social value programmesQualifications

Proven leadership in housing, regeneration, or community developmentStrong stakeholder engagement and programme delivery skillsExperience managing multi-functional teams and budgetsA commitment to equity, sustainability, and resident-led transformationHow to apply
