Job Description Programme Manager Location: Southam, South Warwickshire Salary: c 50k (Depending on experience) Contract: Full-time, Permanent, onsite (37.5 hours per week) The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager to join a growing engineering and technology business operating within the clean technology and sustainability sector. Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you will take ownership of multiple customer programmes, ensuring successful delivery against cost, quality and timing objectives. This is a highly visible role requiring a confident and commercially minded individual who can build strong client relationships while driving programme performance. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customer programmes. Lead programme delivery from initiation through to completion. Develop and manage programme schedules, milestones and deliverables. Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, finance and other business functions. Monitor programme performance and implement corrective actions where required. Produce monthly programme reports and lead customer programme reviews. Manage programme budgets, forecasts and expenditure. Maintain accurate EACs, cost tracking and financial controls. Manage programme scope, change requests and associated documentation.
