If you''re ready to tackle challenges head-on and guide this high-profile programme through to success, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of a 20m+ programme, aligning with business objectives and timelines.Build, structure, and drive the programme from inception to execution.Coordinate 12 Agile delivery squads, ensuring clear ownership and deliverables.Manage and influence senior stakeholders, providing updates and driving decisions.Empower and align delivery teams and suppliers, ensuring accountability.Oversee supplier and third-party management to meet commitments and milestones.Drive delivery with a strong focus on outcomes and deadlines.Maintain visibility of programme risks, dependencies, and integration points.
