Description

Programme Delivery & Planning

  • Own and maintain multiple project plans across several finance workstreams.
  • Track milestones, critical paths and dependencies.
  • Identify delivery risks before they become issues and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Ensure deliverables remain on track against ambitious programme deadlines.
  • Drive accountability across teams and challenge constructively when milestones are at risk.

Risk, Issue & Governance Management

  • Maintain RAID logs and governance documentation.
  • Coordinate project reporting and programme updates.
  • Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately.
  • Produce high-quality reporting and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships across Finance, HR, Technology and wider business teams.
  • Work closely with senior Workstream Leads and external delivery partners.
  • Influence stakeholders, navigate conflicting priorities and drive consensus.
  • Act as the "glue" between multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and momentum.

Driving Outcomes

  • Keep busy senior stakeholders focused on delivery.
  • Proactively chase actions, dependencies and deliverables.
  • Bring solutions, not just problems.
  • Help establish structure, governance and best practice as the programme evolves

Profile

Essential

  • Previous experience as a PMO Manager, Senior PMO Analyst or Programme PMO.
  • Strong experience supporting complex transformation, change or business-wide programmes.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of an organisation.
  • Experience managing project plans, RAID logs, reporting and governance frameworks.
  • Ability to work across several projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
  • Brings energy, curiosity and a "let''s get it done" mindset
  • Can challenge stakeholders professionally when required
  • Is naturally proactive and delivery-focused
  • Thrives in fast-changing environments

Highly Desirable

  • Finance Transformation experience.
  • Separation, carve-out, merger or business transformation programme experience.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools.
  • Professional project qualifications such as Prince2, PMP or similar.

Job Offer

  • Salary dependent on the level of experience.
  • Hybrid Working arrangements.
