You will be responsible for creating and embedding effective governance, reporting, assurance and programme controls, ensuring senior stakeholders have clear visibility of programme performance, risks, dependencies, benefits and resource requirements. Key Responsibilities Establish and lead the programme PMO, defining governance, controls and reporting frameworks. Develop and maintain programme controls including planning, RAID management, change control and benefits tracking. Produce high-quality reporting and insights for senior leadership and programme boards. Manage governance processes, assurance activities and decision-making forums.
