About the role We''re looking for a Programme Leader to join our Education Team as we embark on an ambitious new phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to help deliver inspiring programmes to schools across the UK while developing the skills, experience and confidence to build a successful career in the social impact sector. Designed as a two-year development opportunity, this role is ideal for someone early in their career who is ready to take ownership, develop their leadership skills and make a tangible impact. You''ll be trusted with responsibility from day one, encouraged to contribute ideas and supported to grow through hands-on experience.
