Programme Leader - Educaton and Skills 34,421 per annum Permanent, Full Time 37.5 hours per week Bolton We are delighted to be supporting a leading organisation in the education and skills sector with the appointment of a Programme Leader at their Bolton centre. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Further Education professional to take on a key leadership role, combining teaching, people management and curriculum development to help young people achieve their potential and progress into their next steps. The opportunity As Programme Leader, you will lead a team of teaching staff while maintaining a fractional teaching commitment of your own. Working closely with the Head of Curriculum and Engagement, you will play a central role in ensuring learners receive a high-quality, inclusive and engaging educational experience. You will help shape and develop the curriculum to ensure it responds effectively to learner needs, employer expectations and regional employment and skills priorities. A key part of the role will be driving high standards across teaching, learning and assessment, while supporting strong learner retention, achievement and progression outcomes. Key responsibilities Lead, support and develop a team of teaching staff through effective line management, coaching and mentoring.
