Hammersmith and Fulham Adult Learning and Skills Service is looking for a Programme Leader for Creative Arts, Crafts and Performing Arts (CACPA) - someone who believes in the power of creativity to change lives and wants to help adult learners build confidence, skills and new possibilities. This is a hands on, people centred role where you''ll teach, lead, inspire and shape a dynamic creative programme that reflects our communities and opens doors for learners at every stage of their journey. You''ll split your time between teaching, leading tutors, and developing the creative curriculum, therefore you will: Teach across creative arts, crafts and performing arts, using engaging and inclusive approaches Support and line manage sessional tutors, helping them grow and do their best work Shape and develop courses that respond to learners'' needs and local priorities Champion high quality teaching, learning and assessment across the programme Support recruitment, interviews and progression for learners Keep an eye on what''s working (and what''s ..... full job details .....
