Programme Lead - Warehousing

Leading and delivering a portfolio of warehouse transformation and change initiatives. Embedding new processes, systems, opearting models and ways of working. Client DetailsMy client are a leading UK 3PL who are continuing to grow both via organic customer development as well as securing major new contract wins. DescriptionLead multiple warehouse change and transformation projects from initiation through to completion. Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and resource requirements. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope and budget. Work closely with General Managers to land change effectively. Support managers and teams through change, ensuring clarity of roles, processes and expectations. Maintain a visible commitment to health and safety and compliance during all phases of change. ProfileProven experience delivering warehouse change/transformation programmes. Strong project or programme management capacity within a operational environment. Experience of supporting or leading site start ups, relocation or expansion''s. Strong working knowledge of WMS implementations and improvements. This role is ideally aligned to someone who has a very strong operations background and is comfortable in starting and finishing a project.
