Programme Lead - Social Connections Hybrid Working Bradford District 14 Hours per Week £30,000 FTE (£11,351.35 Pro Rata) Help Tackle Loneliness and Build Stronger Communities Age UK Bradford District is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Programme Lead - Social Connections to lead our work supporting older people who are experiencing loneliness, social isolation, or a lack of social support. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Enabling Connections Programme, helping older people build confidence, develop meaningful relationships, and reconnect with their communities. Working alongside staff, volunteers, health professionals, and community partners, you will play a key role in creating opportunities for older people to feel connected, valued, and supported. What You''ll Be Doing Leading the delivery and development of our Social Connections programmes. Building strong referral pathways with health, social care, housing and community organisations. Supporting and developing volunteers and staff to deliver high-quality services. Ensuring services are safe, person-centred and outcome-focused. Monitoring impact and demonstrating positive outcomes for older people. Promoting services across Bradford District and increasing community engagement.
