Programme Integration SpecialistAberdeen/Inverness (Hybrid/Onsite)£750 p/d (Inside IR35)We are seeking experienced Programme Integration Specialists to support the delivery of major energy infrastructure projects. Working within a large-scale programme environment, you will play a key role in integrating complex construction activities across multiple work packages, ensuring delivery programmes are realistic, optimised and effectively managed throughout the project life cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and management of integrated construction programmes across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.Manage interfaces between multiple project packages, ensuring dependencies and risks are clearly identified.Work closely with Project Managers, Planners, Commercial teams and supply chain partners to optimise delivery schedules.Review contractor programmes and 4D digital rehearsals to ensure plans are robust and deliverable.Monitor programme performance, assess change impacts and support risk management activities.Ensure compliance with NEC3 contract requirements and support programme reporting and governance.Essential ExperienceProven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, engineering or construction projects within a multi-contractor environment.Strong Primavera P6 planning and scheduling expertise.Knowledge of NEC3 contract planning, delay analysis, change control and claims assessment.Experience managing interfaces ..... full job details .....
