Programme Integration Lead

Programmes of this size rarely fail inside a workstream. They fail in the gaps between them. This role owns the gaps.You will hold the single integrated view of a complex multi-supplier transformation programme in central government, so that workstreams, dependencies and decisions resolve into one deliverable plan rather than several competing ones.What you will actually doMaintain one integrated plan that every workstream and supplier recognises as theirs, not as something imposed on themSurface dependencies before they become issues, and drive each to a named owner and a dateKeep commercial, service design, operational and transition activity aligned, so a decision in one place does not quietly break anotherBroker resolution where workstreams disagree on sequencing or priority, escalating only what genuinely needs a senior decisionGive senior leaders a programme-wide read they can act on: what is on track, what is not, and what needs deciding this monthProtect the critical path, and make sure everyone else knows where it runsRe-plan when funding, policy or supplier circumstances shift, which on a programme this length they willBuild the integration rhythm and artefacts so the client can sustain them after we leaveWhere the role sitsReporting to the engagement lead and working alongside the client''s Programme Director.
