Programme Facilitator (London or Manchester/North West England)

Note on the Recruitment Process: Successful candidates will be invited to attend an in-person Assessment Day on Wednesday 28 October as the next stage of the recruitment process. The Assessment Day is an opportunity to learn more about the organisation and demonstrate your facilitation skills. Candidates will be required to deliver an engaging 20-minute facilitation activity tailored to young people aged 12-16. The Assessment Day will take place at our London head office: 200a Pentonville Road, London, N1 9JP. Candidates who are successful at the Assessment Day will be invited to a formal, competency-based interview, which will take place online on Friday 30 October. The interview will last approximately 45 minutes. A final candidate will be selected following the interview stage. We focus on reaching those who are most at risk - young people from deprived communities who are often marginalized, vulnerable to exclusion, and at heightened risk of becoming involved in crime.
