We need a Programme Director to lead a tri-borough initiative tackling serious youth violence across Kilburn, Queen''s Park and surrounding communities. This is a challenging and a rewarding role where you will be exercising your considerable judgement, diplomacy and practical project management skills. Shared Ground is an innovative, co-funded project, seeking to work for the benefit of young people at risk of serious youth violence, with buy-in from stakeholders including Local Authority senior leads and Central government.
