Programme Director (SC Cleared) - Network Transformation We''re looking for an experienced ProgrammeDirector with active SC Clearance to lead the successful delivery of large-scale network transformation programmes for high-profile end clients. This is an opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in complex environments, can engage confidently at executive level, and has a strong track record of delivering strategic technology change with robust governance. Key Requirements Active SC Clearance (essential). Extensive experience leading large-scale network transformation programmes. Strong background working directly with end clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Exceptional programme governance experience, including steering committees, RAID management, financial oversight, reporting, and executive-level communications. Demonstrable experience across the full programme lifecycle, from mobilisation through to successful delivery and transition into BAU. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, suppliers, and delivery partners. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing programme managers, project managers, technical teams, and third-party vendors. Desirable Experience Experience delivering within secure or government environments. Strong understanding of complex networking technologies and infrastructure transformation.
